1. Return Timeframe
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. This means you must initiate a return request within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your package. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for processing.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item(s) must meet all the following criteria:
- Be in the exact condition as when you received it (unworn, unused, and free from stains, scratches, or damage).
- Still have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact (including boxes, dust bags, or accessory pouches).
- Be accompanied by a valid receipt, order confirmation email, or other proof of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to start your return:
- Contact our support team: Reach out to us at service@allifewithu.com with your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.
- Await return approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days. If approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and detailed instructions (including the return address and packaging guidelines).
- Ship your item back: Pack the eligible item(s) securely, attach the provided shipping label, and send it to the specified address.
Important note: Items sent back to us without prior approval (i.e., no return request initiated) will be rejected and not processed.
4. Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order carefully as soon as you receive it. If you find:
- A defective item (e.g., malfunctioning parts, manufacturing errors),
- Damage caused during shipping,
- Or you received an incorrect item (different from your order),
Contact us immediately at service@allifewithu.com. Include your order number, clear photos of the issue (or the wrong item), and a description of the problem. We will assess the situation promptly and arrange a solution—such as a replacement, full refund, or free return—at our expense.
5. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Perishable goods: Food, flowers, plants, or any items with a short shelf life that may spoil.
- Custom/personalized products: Items made to your specific requests (e.g., engraved jewelry, custom-printed art, made-to-measure clothing).
- Personal care items: Beauty products, skincare, haircare, or hygiene items (for health and safety reasons).
- Hazardous materials: Flammable liquids, gases, or any items classified as dangerous goods.
- Sale items: All discounted or clearance products (unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect).
- Gift cards: Digital or physical gift cards cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges (e.g., swapping one size/color for another) to streamline the process. Instead:
- Initiate a return for the item you wish to exchange (following the steps in Section 3).
- Once your return is approved and we receive the item, we will process your refund (see Section 7).
- Place a new order for the desired item(s) through our website or contact our team for assistance.
7. Refunds
- Refund Notification: We will send you an email confirmation once we have received and inspected your returned item. This email will inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
- Refund Processing Time: If your refund is approved, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 3 days of approval.
- Note on Bank Processing: While we ensure timely refund initiation, please allow additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the funds to your account. This step is outside our control and may vary by financial institution.
